Features
- Cayuga proprietary heated shelving system designed to maintain proper holding temperatures for heated food offerings.
- The unique heating system provides 30-40% savings in power usage from conventional systems.
- Brushed stainless steel interior.
- Brushed stainless steel exterior is standard. Powdercoat paint and laminated finish exterior options are available.
- Square or curved solid end panels are available. 10mm tempered glass panes can be added to the end panels.
- Two 20”D heated shelf levels and a 20”D heated base
- Approximately 11” between the shelves and the base.
- Heat resistant LED lights installed on the top ledge of the display area and under each shelf level.
- Aluminum mirrored sliding doors installed at the back of the display.
- The controls for each heated level are located at the rear under the sliding doors.
